The problem
Payroll comes with a steady stream of deadlines: federal and state tax deposits, quarterly Form 941, state payroll filings, and W-2s and 1099s at the start of each year.
A missed deposit or late quarterly return can lead to penalties that build quickly, and payroll tax problems are among the ones the IRS pursues most actively.
Who this is for
- Small businesses with a handful of employees
- Owners paying themselves through an S-corporation
- Businesses that pay contractors and need to issue 1099-NEC forms
- New employers setting up payroll for the first time
How we help
We set up your payroll once — employees, pay schedule, withholding and state accounts — and then keep it running: payroll processing, tax deposits, quarterly filings and year-end forms.
You'll know what's being filed and when. If something changes — a new hire, a raise, a new state — tell us and we adjust it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you issue 1099s for contractors?
Yes. We prepare and file 1099-NEC forms for contractors you paid during the year. For most years these are due to recipients and the IRS by January 31.
I'm an S-corp owner. Do I need payroll?
Generally, S-corporation owners who work in the business are expected to pay themselves reasonable wages through payroll. We can set that up and coordinate it with your business return.
Can you take over payroll mid-year?
Yes. We'll collect what's already been paid and filed this year so the year-end forms are complete.
