The problem
Most people aren't short on effort — they're short on time and certainty. A missing 1099, a dependent claimed the wrong way, or a credit left off can change the outcome of a return, and the IRS may not tell you until a letter arrives months later.
Returns get more complicated fast: a side job, a move between states, a rental unit, a new baby, or a year of unemployment each bring their own forms and rules.
Who this is for
- W-2 employees and families who want their return done right the first time
- Self-employed, gig and 1099 workers — rideshare, delivery, cleaning, construction, freelance
- People who own a rental property or moved between states during the year
- Anyone who filed on their own last year and isn't sure it was correct
How we help
We start with a checklist based on your situation, so you know exactly what to gather. Our team reviews every document, asks about the things people commonly forget — childcare costs, education expenses, work mileage, health coverage forms — and prepares your return.
Before it's filed, every return is reviewed and approved by a PTIN-registered preparer acting as our IRS-authorized Electronic Return Originator. Then we go over it with you line by line, answer your questions, and e-file once you've signed. You receive a complete copy for your records.

Frequently asked questions
Do you prepare state returns too?
Yes. We prepare the state return along with your federal return, including returns for people who lived or worked in more than one state during the year.
I'm self-employed. Can you help?
Yes. We prepare Schedule C for self-employment and gig income and help you organize income and expenses so the return reflects what actually happened in your work.
How long does it take to get my refund?
The IRS says most e-filed returns with direct deposit are refunded in less than 21 days, though some returns — including many that claim the Earned Income Tax Credit — are held longer by law. We can't control IRS timing, but we can make sure your return is complete.
Will I get a copy of my return?
Always. You receive a complete copy of the filed return and the e-file confirmation.
